๐๐๐๐, ๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐ โ To aid in making their livelihood undertakings grow into profitable and sustainable businesses, the Department of Labor and Employment MIMAROPA thru its Marinduque Field Office granted 10 beneficiaries with Php300,000.00 worth of ๐๐ฆ๐จ๐ฐ๐ด๐บ๐ฐ ๐ด๐ข ๐๐ข๐ณ๐ช๐ต๐ฐ๐ฏ or ๐๐ฆ๐จ๐ฐ ๐๐ข๐ณ๐ต livelihood package last Wednesday, 16 November 2022.
Each Nego Kart is worth Php20,000.00 for the vending cart itself and Php10,000.00 for the procurement of marketable goods.
Livelihood Development Specialist Mr. Christian Mark L. Rodelas profiled and interviewed the selected beneficiaries who happen to pass by the office daily and sell ๐ฎ๐ฆ๐ณ๐ช๐ฆ๐ฏ๐ฅ๐ข like ๐ฃ๐ข๐ฏ๐ข๐ฏ๐ข ๐ค๐ถ๐ฆ, ๐ต๐ถ๐ณ๐ฐ๐ฏ, ๐ค๐ข๐ฎ๐ฐ๐ต๐ฆ ๐ค๐ถ๐ฆ, ๐ฏ๐ช๐บ๐ถ๐ฃ๐ข๐ฌ, ๐ฑ๐ช๐ฏ๐ข๐ญ๐ต๐ฐ๐ฌ, ๐ฌ๐ข๐ฌ๐ข๐ฏ๐ช๐ฏ, ๐ฃ๐ข๐ณ๐ฃ๐ฆ๐ค๐ถ๐ฆ, ๐ช๐ด๐ข๐ธ, ๐ฃ๐ฆ๐ต๐ข๐ฎ๐ข๐น and such.
During the distribution ceremony, RD Naomi Lyn C. Abellana encouraged each beneficiary to maximize their Nego Karts and expand their market so it can provide more income for each family. Field Office Head Mr. Philip T. Alano expressed his high hopes for each beneficiary and promised the departmentโs continuous support through its programs.

Moreover, Livelihood and Manpower Development-Public Employment Services Office (LMD-PESO) led by Provincial PESO Manager Ms. Alma C. Timtiman assisted the beneficiaries in their application for the Livelihood Assistance Venture for Women (LAVW) program wherein beneficiaries can sign up for a loan through the Provincial Government of Marinduque to help them continue or start up their business.
The Negosyo sa Kariton or known as Nego Kart, one of DOLEโs priority projects, provides decent livelihood mainly for marginal workers in the countryโs informal sector with service or assistance that enables them to increase, upgrade and/or diversify their products or services and market these to a greater number of buyers or customers.
